Our 98 factory trained, mobile service engineers, are locally based and linked by cell phone to provide a rapid response within four hours and usually much sooner. Each mobile unit holds a parts inventory which reflects the local truck pool in order to give high first time fix ratios. We give a guaranteed response within 24 hours for Health & Safety issues. Our modern and well equipped workshops, staffed by skilled technicians, carry out major overhauls and rebuilds to the highest standards.

With a locally stocked parts inventory of 6000 line items for the complete range of Linde models, we provide 97% availability, and other parts are available within 24 hours via our on-line link to the Linde central parts warehouse. Our aim is to maximise your uptime and lower your costs.

Apart from the widest choice of handling equipment, Linde has also developed a unique package of value added services to enhance the supply chain process and reduce handling costs. These services include:

• Warehouse Planning and Simulation - Stratos: From your specific brief, Stratos establishes the optimum storage layout,storage method and truck mix, to achieve the required throughput and storage density ratios. It then verifies the findings by real-time simulation.
• Fleet Management and Datalogger system: Brings new levels of control to optimise the utilisation and productivity of your materials handling fleet and provides significant cost savings.

To ensure your materials handling equipment is operated efficiently, correctly and safely, and in order to realise the full potential of your investment in equipment and operators, our national network companies offer a range of professional and accredited training courses on every type of truck. The courses are available either on site or at the Linde regional centres.
